Bichot Burgundy Dinner
Honolulu, Hawaii – Fujioka’s Wine Times is thrilled to announce a Bichot Burgundy dinner and wine paring special event on November 10th, at Café Miro restaurant, featuring 5 delicious courses.
“We’re rolling out the red carpet treatment for guests joining us at this very exclusive Bichot Burgundy event,” said Jason Fukeda, Store Manager for Fujioka’s Wine. “The wine tasting is being hosted by Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo, and guests will enjoy some incredible 2014 vintage wines with their meal.”
The first course will be an Escargot de Bourgogne, with Garlic, Parsley & Olive Butter. Pan Roasted Sea Bass with Shimeji Mushrooms and Truffle Essence will follow the appetizer. The third course is a mouth-watering Caramelized Kurobuta Pork Chop with Cipollini Onion, Red Wine, and Balsamic Vinegar followed by Slow Cooked Red Wine & Peppercorn Short Ribs. To top off the meal, guests will enjoy Le Bistro’s Caramelized Apple ‘Tarte Fines’ served with Michel Couvreur Overaged Whiskey.
“Tickets are $200 per person and the event is Thursday, November 10th at Café Miro from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.,” said Fukeda. “There are only 24 seats for this special event so we strongly suggest guests RSVP early.”
